   the second ingredient is sodium laurel sulfate, which strips color and natural oils.

   I have been using this product for about three months and my hair has lost about half of its volume. It dry, lifeless, and knots horribly. I came to the reviews to see if others were having a similar experience. My hair used to be so thick and now it’s horrifyingly thin and it terrible shape. I’ve had to start using leave in conditioners to make it manageable. I suppose I will be going back to biolage!

   As with all newly formulated shampoo, this now destroys my hair. Can’t get a comb through it. Of course, the company will tell me my hair is dry and I need to use a good conditioner or other treatment. But that is not the case. It is literally the shampoo that provides no ability for the strands of my hair to untangle. I have to use an entire handful of the conditioner to even give my fingers the ability to run through my hair. So they have ruined their shampoo and doubled the price. Don’t waste your money on Matrix.
