    Ordered silk infusion which I love!
    Recieved Infra instead horrible chemical smell greasy greasy like engine oil. Washed it out to find its not easy to wash out. Ugh please dont discontinue Silk infusion.

    Ulta is purposely misleading its customers by showing the full size product with the model but only shows the travel size bottle on its own. Sure, we can double check the oz size but brands know better and expect you to skip over that info most of the time.

    Due to the texture of the product, I thought it was going to leave my hair oily after ironing. But it didn’t at all! I have pretty thick and damaged hair, but it still left it smooth and shiny. Very impressed!

    I have been a faithful user of this for 20 plus years. I recently bought another bottle and it’s definitely not the same formula or whatever. Doesn’t even smell the same and doesn’t make my hair feel the same when I straighten it. Once again corporations cutting corners to save a penny at the customer’s expense. Very disappointing
