   I applied a TINY bit of this to my fine hair and it was so extremely sticky that I couldn’t even get my fingers into my hair to fluff the powder around. I understand how this type of product is intended to work but this was like glue in my hair. I would do anything to add some volume to my fine flat hair but I won’t do this.
