I’ve worn this since before it was even in the United States. My mother bought it in Europe late ’80s. I had it sent to me until 1 day it was in the United States 1988 (around)
It is my signature sent, people I haven’t seen in years always say “you smell the same.”It stays on my clothes, blankets etc. Somewhere over the last 10 years they changed something it’s not as oily it smells less pungent it and it does not last at all. I have very oily skin and it usually would remain until I scrub it off. Now I could use half the bottle and you won’t smell it in 5 minutes. It breaks my heart I loved it so much but not so much anymore. Smells bring back memories. With both my parents being gone it would take me right back to my childhood home every time I sprayed it. Whatever they did to change it and to still charge the high-end price for something that is just ordinary not like it used to be… so spectacular I used to get compliments every single day. I still wear it from time to time with no compliments and never quite getting that smell it used to have. If you didn’t know it before, you probably don’t mind. Me…I WANT THE OLD AMARIGE BACK!
