This significantly relaxed my curls. The effect on my color was nice, and my hair certainly seems glossier. But the “smoothing” effect seemed to relax my texture and volume.
Perhaps some of my curlier texture was due to a “rougher” hair cuticle, and by making my hair healthier it took that away? Still, I would’ve preferred the color I had with my old texture than what this product did for me.

used exactly as instructions state. didn’t even leave it in a full 5 minutes on my bleached hair. end result, purple lengths with same yellow roots!!

Purple shampoos really weren’t doing much to tone my highlighted blonde hair. This worked fantastic on the first application, and then I did it again five days later to deepen the ashy tones. I absolutely love how my hair looks and it save me a ton of money because I did not need to go to the salon for this fix. I will definitely be using this every few weeks on my hair to keep the ashy tones. Also, my hair feels really soft after using.

I have naturally light brown hair but I do dye it blonder. My roots are coming through AND my hair has been looking extra orange lately. So I grabbed this hoping it would tone my hair to make it look more ombre. Unfortunately I dont see much of a difference. I do think its shinier and slightly less yellow but nothing significant. It was easy to use, but I think a good purple shampoo would do a better job (essentially all it is anyway).
