  • Less Effective Than Washing: While dry shampoo can be a temporary solution, it’s not as effective as a regular shampoo and conditioner wash.
  • Allergic Reactions: Some individuals may be allergic to certain ingredients in dry shampoo powders.

  5. Style: Style your hair as desired.

Tips for Using Dry Shampoo Powder

  • Choose the Right Formula: Select a dry shampoo powder that is formulated for your hair type and color.
  • Less is More: Start with a small amount of powder and gradually add more if needed.
  • Use a Soft Brush: A soft-bristled brush will help distribute the powder evenly and prevent damage to your hair.
  • Don’t Overuse: Avoid using dry shampoo too frequently, as it can lead to product build-up.
  • Wash Regularly: While dry shampoo can be helpful, it’s important to wash your hair regularly with a shampoo and conditioner to remove any buildup.

I prefer dry shampoos that give a little hold/texture so I can arrange my bangs around my face. This has been perfect for that. A little is all that’s needed and the dispenser only puts out a little at a time, so I would say the dispenser works well and the price is reasonable. This is the first time I’ve had a dry shampoo where the actual bottle is squeezed rather than a pump on the top. It’s super fun to powder my hair with a squeaky toy in the morning.

  2. Abby

Okay, the spray mechanism this has is so bad. It doesnt really spray, and if it does, it is a massive glob. It also smells like a clean public bathroom. Like whatever scent this is is exactly what people clean bathrooms with. It absorbs oil okay, but not worth it.

  3. Emily

This is the third bottle that I have purchased. I love the product itself, but the packaging has made it impossinle to apply properly. It comes out in huge globs and not evenly. This is the first time I have had this issue, but seems I am not thr only one. Fix the packaging and it is a great product, but as of now its basically impossible to use.

  4. Danielle

The dispenser on this is honestly so bad I’ve barely evem gotten to use the product. The powder comes out where the cap meets the bottle, NOT at the nozzle dispenser, which just gets powder literally everywhere except my head. Every time I try to come back to this and give it another shot, the same thing happens. The product could be great, but I can’t get it to dispense to save my life.

  5. Ruby

I bought this maybe two months ago and it doesnt work as well as i would hope. I feel like it doesnt absorb oil as well as it should and its hard to get the product out. You either get none when you squeeze or you shake it and a lot comes out. It’s honestly just such a hassle and I wouldnt not buy it again
