Xenadrine

My name’s Julia and welcome to my Xenadrine Review. I bought myself a bottle of Xenadrine around a month ago from this website here.

Please read this full review before you even consider buying Xenadrine because I’m going to share my results and experience of using this product for the last month. So let’s get started with this review!

Does Xenadrine Work?

So this is the big question and one that needs an honest answer. In a lot of the fake reviews out there people are saying that you can magically lose weight by taking Xenadrine without doing any exercise. This is a HUGE LIE.

There is no way you can just take these pills and expect the fat to just magically fall off, in fact there’s no pill on earth that can do that so if you see someone saying something like that then you know they’re out to scam you.

However that doesn’t mean Xenadrine doesn’t work. Xenadrine helps to boost your metabolism and increase you energy levels which in turn helps you to burn fat a lot quicker.

There’s no doubt about it that Xenadrine will help increase your metabolism and energy levels which means that your body will burn calories quicker, wont store so much fat and will break down the fat a lot quicker due to the metabolism increase.

And because of the increased energy levels it will mean you’ll feel more up to exercising. Plus in my opinion having more energy is great because I just get more done during the day and feel happier and not so tired anymore.

You will probably lose a small amount of weight from taking Xenadrine alone just because of the metabolism boost but to get the best results you need to eat healthily and exercise too which pretty much goes without saying.

Xenadrine Side Effects

Of course like most pills there are possible side effects which you should be aware of. For Xenadrine these are what you could possibly encounter.

  • Upset stomache.
  • Thirst for more water.
  • Increased sweating.
  • Headaches.

I myself haven’t experienced any negative side effects apart from being more thirsty which doesn’t really bother me.

My Results From Using Xenadrine

As I said earlier I’ve been using Xenadrine for about 1 month now and I haven’t lost as much weight as I wanted to but I have lost weight. I was hoping to lose 10 pounds+ but in the past month I’ve lost around 4-5 pounds which is great but it means I’ve still got some work to do.

What I’m most impressed about though is the increase in energy which means I  actually feel up to exercising whereas before I just didn’t have the energy after working all day and then coming home to clean the house and cook the dinner. But now even after a busy day I’ve still got energy to burn off some calories.

So overall I think Xenadrine does work and it ‘s good stuff but to see results you will need to do some daily exercise and not eat lots of junk food. It also seems to be a bit of an appetite suppressant because since using Xenadrine I’ve hardly eaten any junk food at all, in fact I don’t even get any cravings for it which was probably a big factor in me losing 4-5 pounds in one month.

In my mind there’s no doubt that Xenadrine will help you to lose weight if you stick with it but remember to exercise regularly too.

I hope you found my Xenadrine Review helpful.

I read your review. Thank you for that. I just bought this for the first time. I used to take it years ago when it was just Xenedrine and had the ephedra in it and I worked out a lot then.
I now am really trying to get back into shape. I have started doing the INSANITY workout, so I definitely agree with you. You cannot just expect that the pills will work on their own. You have to excercise and eat healthy. So glad that this was not a totally bad review, and I feel confident that this will do what I am trying to achieve. The hardest part is the workouts and trying to lose that belly fat! haha….thank you again, as I could totally relate to what you were saying.

Julia (Reviewer) July 14, 2010 at 7:27 pm

Hey Erin. Thanks, I’m glad you liked my review. :-)

Lots of people think that you can just take these fat burner pills and the fat just magically falls off but in reality they’re just an “aid” to excel the fat loss when you work out and eat healthy.

Sometimes it’s so hard to get in from work and then exercise but you’ve just got to do it. “Just Do It”. That’s what I told myself.

But yeah I like Xenadrine. You can definitely feel it working.

Anyway let us know how you get on.

Hi
I like your review. Alot of people think that they can just take a magic pill to lose fat which will never happen. I have been excersizing 6 days a week since March 17, and only lost 10 pounds. I need to lose another 40 but it just seems like nothing is happening anymore. I was using Atro Phex but its been making me sick after Spinning Classes for some reason…. I saw the before/after pictures for Ashley Garrison in the new Fitness Magazine and now I want to try Xenedrine.

Julia (REVIEWER) July 15, 2010 at 7:38 am

@Ashleigh
Hey Ashleigh. I haven’t seen that magazine but I’ll look out for it.

I’d definitely recommend you try Xenadrine. It’ll help speed up your fat loss.

But I don’t personally know how long it’ll take to lose 40 pounds.

I think if you workout really hard everyday you could lose 40 pounds in a month or two.

But if you work and don’t get a lot of time to exercise then it will probably take several months.

But I think that if you really want to lose 40lbs then you can do it!

Just..

1. Exercise harder than ever before.
2. Eat healthier than ever before. (no junk food)
3. Take Xenadrine to help speed up you fat loss.

And you’ll lose that 40lbs without doubt.

Good luck and let us know how you get on.

When I first enlisted in the Marine Corps I weighed 117lbs and when I retired I weighed 148lb. I am 56 years old now and am 50 lbs overweight for someone my height. I also am type II diabetic and take insulin. The drawback about insulin is that one gains weight but because I work out regularly I don’t gain but I don’t lose weight either. I am curious about using Xenadrine but I wonder that is a good idea if I am currently on insulin. Any suggestions?

K.Thomas September 10, 2010 at 5:58 am

I’ve been using this product and is quite effective!

Scott September 13, 2010 at 1:55 am

I been taking RZR since it came out and RFA before that… So almost a year now. This supplement does work, But its not for everyone. You do need to work out. I have experienced the headaches, upset stomachs… But i wrote it off due to the caffeine levels, I don’t drink coffee or soda so it took about a month for my body to cope and get used to it. It completely kills your desire to eat, And when you do… Your in the bathroom 10 minutes later. But you need to understand it is the hardcore stuff that works. Just like a workout. If your not feeling or seeing any effects its probably cause its not working.

I am 35 years old and I eat healthy, and exercise frequently. I had a Hysterectomy and put on 40 pounds, loosing weight has been impossible for me. I was wondering if this product would be that kick I need for me to loose weight? Before that surgery I could loose weight with out a problem as long as I followed a good diet and exercise, now I have been depressed having no results. I work so hard and seem to be getting no where. I have my fingers crossed that this product will be that boost, even if I loose 8 to 10 a month I will be thrilled. or just to go down and have results then none at all.

monique September 26, 2010 at 10:37 pm

i have been overweight pretty much my whole life, my heaviest was 283, that was may of 2009, so i went down to 159 by october 2009, that was by not eating and working out insanely. (i dont recommend that at all!!) anyways i moved out for 8 months and moved back weighing 189! so i decided to try xenadrine and on 9/24/10 i was 186, it is now only 9/26 and i am 181, i am eating healthy but not more than 1200 cals no less than 950 though, i do take multi vitamins, eat breakfast and dinner are just cereal and lunch is a lean cuisine i drink v8 juice alot and eat as much fruit as i want, these pils killed my appetite i couldnt even eat 4 bagel bites today i ate three and saved one for three hours later buy this product follow the directions (well i only take two pills a day not four) workout! even if its just dancing around or walking make sure you do somethin and u will see results!

I never had to even think about losing weight, my whole life, until I got pregnant and had my son. Before I got pregnant I was underweight at 115lbs and 5’8” then I put on about 50lbs during the pregnancy but I did not just lose the weight after his birth. My son will be 1 in a week and I weigh 150lbs and want to get rid of about 25lbs before I start thinking about baby #2 do you think xenadrine ultra with light workout will help me lose the weight?

I have been overweight most of my teenage years from around 12-19. The heaviest i have weighed in my whole life was 238 and that was around late 2008 early 2009. I am 6ft tall but still definitely looked overweight/fat. After high school i had great interest in becoming a US Marine so I decided to enlist. I feel I needed that motivation to lose weight in order to make it through bootcamp. I was able to enlist but had to shed some serious weight to be shipped out to bootcamp so i started taking xenadrine and working out, but just like this review says there is no way these pill will slap off the fat without doing some sort of workout or exercise… with that being said these pills do work. I lost 37 pounds in around 4-5 months with continuous trips to the gym and taking these pills, I once was able to lose 7 pounds of water weight in 2 hours. I definitely did not feel so good afterwards because i felt dizzy and extremely exhausted. Anyways shortly after i lost 37 pounds and was 201, i gained 9 more pounds so I went into bootcamp at 210 pounds. I proudly graduated Marine Corp bootcamp as a Marine and at 190 losing 20 more pounds! Feeling and looking better than ever! Anyways you dont need to enlist in the military to lose weight. All you need is motivation! Like i always say desire gets you started, motivation keeps you going. You desire on losing weight and then you work towards it at full effort and you see results then it just motivates you to lose more weight or stay in the great shape you may be in! :)

Hi.
I am glad I found this page. I have been using Xenedrine for a few months now and have lost 35 pounds. I am fairly active although no physical exercise. The only problem I found is that my stool and urine has taken on a green colour. Any comments??

Nikita December 6, 2010 at 1:23 am

Thanks for your honesty in reviewing this pill. I think unless people are kidding themselves, they know a pill alone won’t do the job – but they still want something effective. I’m trying to lose weight for my wedding in 4 months, and like others have found that despite working out most days of the week it’s just not working. I hope that this will assist me with energy needs and appetite suppressing, so I can get better at it. I will come back and let you know what happens… wish me luck : )

Julia December 6, 2010 at 2:38 pm

Good luck :-) and I hope you have a wonderful wedding!

Ashley December 23, 2010 at 7:21 pm

I’ve been taking xenadrine for about a month and a half now, haven’t done any excersizing, but I have a physical job, and I’ve lost over 25 pounds. I watch what I eat during the week and eat whatever i want during the weekends. Has been working great for me and the energy it gives you is amazing. I’ve had bad headaches and stomach cramps, but they haven’t been that bad. I only take half the daily recommended dose as well so I can sleep. Ive had great results, not everyone is going to be the same though. I’m losing weight without really sacrificing much, honestly.

Rick December 27, 2010 at 9:28 pm

Hi:

First off, thank you for the review. I’ve been on Lipo 6 Black which I purchased in the USA; results were excellent! As I cannot get this in Canada, I asked the GNC folks for thier 2 cents, and they recommended Xenadrine….So, I’m starting it today, and will repost in 30 days to give more feedback. FYI: I workout 5 days a week, and take powder suppliments to help muscle healing as well.

tina January 2, 2011 at 5:41 am

Hey. Thank you everyone this really helped me to want to buy this product. I am only about 40 pounds over weight. For any of you out there that has tried Xenadrine do you think I will have to take this the rest of my life or after I lose the weight can I stop taking Xenadrine and just continue with proper diet and exercise?

Anita January 5, 2011 at 3:15 pm

Hello everyone!

This product really helps you lose weight! I started using Xenadrine last week and I’ve lost 3lbs already with minimal exercise! (exciting) I’m at 138lbs now.

I’m amazed. I’m 5’5 and was 125lbs pretty much my whole teenage years until i hit 20–dun dun dun. I topped 156lbs early 2010. I bought Xenadrine around June 2010 and lost 14lbs in about 5 weeks. I got a little lazy after that but somehow I managed to keep it off.

This is how I did it—Of course I exercised, but my friend (who lost 150lbs in a year) put me on this “diet”—chicken and lettuce (any kind of chicken). Sounds stupid but i combined that with not eating after 7pm and bam! It can be a little tough at first but it really, really works.

Good luck to all!! :)

Olivia January 27, 2011 at 1:50 pm

I really love the review, and it’s so true about the “magic pill” thing. You can’t just take a pill and expect to lose weight; you have to put in some effort. Even if you did lose weight with pills alone, because you haven’t changed your lifestyle at all, you’ll only gain it back. That being said though, I LOVE Xenadrine. :)

I’m 24 years old, 5’6″ and used to weigh 185 pounds. I lost 30 pounds in three months with a 1500 calorie diet and exercise four to five days a week. I started taking Xenadrine on New Years’ (oh, weight loss resolutions) and have lost 12 pounds since then. I’m willing to bet water loss, because of the caffeine, but no complaints. I have a LOT of energy, but now I get jittery and excitable sometimes. It’s a little embarrassing, lol.

All in all, that’s just my two cents!

Mark February 15, 2011 at 7:46 am

Hey Julia- great review. Im just wondering if youve noticed any muscle decrease with the weight loss. I’m trying to build muscle at the same time as i burn fat so I’m curious to see if this will help me or only hurt me in the end

Christine February 18, 2011 at 9:04 pm

Did you find that there was side effects?

Julia February 24, 2011 at 6:06 pm

Mark, sorry about replying late.

No I haven’t noticed any muscle decrease personally. I’m not very muscley anyway though. :-)

Annie February 28, 2011 at 9:32 pm

Hi everyone!

I just started taking Xenadrine again, and reading your comments about losing weight is really encouraging, and congratulations to everyone who has.

I just wanted to comment that, though it’ll mess up the Xenadrine routine, you shouldn’t take it while your sick. I know it seems like an obvious statement, but it’s just a precaution. I ended up getting some pretty vicious headaches from it. (Side note–light exercise with a common cold does wonders.)

Good luck to everyone!

Jane March 1, 2011 at 10:18 am

Thanks for the tips Annie. I’ve been a bit sick lately so I’ll wait until I’m feeling better before I start taking them.

nadia March 3, 2011 at 9:45 am

I recently started taking Xenadrine Ultra. The dosage is pretty high so i decided to just stick with one tablet a day.Do you think its going to be effective or should i follow the prescribed dosage. To me,6 tablets a day sounds a little too much medication .What do you think?

Julia March 3, 2011 at 3:31 pm

Hi Nadia. My advice would be to start of small such as 2 a day for a couple of days and see how you respond to that then move up to 3, then 4 etc. That way you’ll find the right amount for you.

Jade March 3, 2011 at 10:43 pm

I will be purchasing Xenadrine for the first time this weekend. I am so happy to have found your site and the truth. I have about 40 fat pounds to lose but like one of the others that posted have no energy after working and taking care of 4 kids and a husband and a new puppy. I will keep in touch about my progress. Thanks again.

Nick March 4, 2011 at 5:03 am
