Welcome to The Truth About Six Pack Abs review. My name’s James and I recently had the opportunity to read through this guide so if you’re thinking about buying the truth about six pack abs by Mike Geary then you’ve come to the right place because my aim in for this review is to give you a better understanding of what this program is all about and what it can do for you.
So let’s get started!
The first thing I should mention about this guide is that it’s not just for men. Apparently around 60% of buyers of the truth about abs are women. After reading through the guide I can say that they truth about six pack abs should work just as well for women as it does for men.
At 144 pages long the Truth About Abs ebook will take you a few hours to read. I recommend that you take notes as you go along.
Mike Geary the author of The Truth About Abs says that it’s better if you have access to a gym but it’s not necessary. If you are working out at home he recommends that you get yourself a stability ball and adjustable powerblock dumbbells.
Here’s what the powerblocks look like..

At around $350 the adjustable powerblock dumbbells are quite expensive but there are many cheaper dumbbell sets out there. I got myself a set of dumbbells for $25 on ebay but if you have the money then the powerblocks look pretty awesome.
So if you’re working out at home you’ll want to get a stability ball and some dumbbells.
Now from doing a bit of research I found out that Mike Geary was a certified personal trainer and nutrition specialist which is why there’s about 43 pages in the Truth About Abs guide on diet and nutrition.
Mike says that nutrition and good dieting accounts for around 80% of getting the body and abs of your dreams. After reading through the guide I now believe him.
Although it sounds boring I actually found the 43 pages on dieting easy to read and very helpful. Mike gives you meal plans and talks about the good and bad foods to eat.
I recommend that you actually read through the dieting section because it really will make a difference to your results so don’t just skip it.
The thing I like about the nutrition section is that Mike explains that healthy eating doesn’t have to be boring or restrictive. It can be enjoyable and the food can be delicious.
For the past week or so I’ve been following Mikes meal plans and eating healthy and I’ve really started to lose my cravings for junk food and sugary treats whic is what he said would happen in the Truth About Abs ebook.
When you start to lose your cravings for junk food it means you can concentrate on healthy eating and your workouts will be 10 times more effective.
Now here’s the truth about abs..
Mike explains in the truth about six pack abs guide that pretty much anyone who has done any exercise in the past or is at least active has abdominal muscles however they’re just covered up with body fat!
He says that the best way to get nice looking abs is not just by doing ab exercises but also by doing exercises that help to reduce your overall body fat. This makes a lot of sense to me and is a key part of the system.
Mike says that for men to get their abs showing they need to get their overall body fat below 10% and women need to get below 19%.
Of course you may read that and think to yourself that you have no clue at how to reduce your body fat but Mike gives you all the workouts and information you need inside the guide.
Mike also goes into a lot of detail one exercising and working out.
He talks about the bad exercises that your should avoid and the good exercises that you should be doing.
He gives you workout routines for the gym and for at home. Every exercise that he talks about is accompanied with pictures of him actually doing them to explain how they should be done. Mike talks about weight lifting, cardio and interval training and other exercises.
In the truth about six pack abs guide Mike also shares some exercises that you can do that don’t require any weights or equipment. These are helpful if you haven’t had a chance to get any equipment yet but want to get started right away.
And then at the end of the workouts section he puts it all together with a kick butt routine that you can follow step by step.
The end result of following the truth about abs guide is a lean body will well formed muscles and great abs. This is achieved through good dieting, lifting weights to improve your muscles and good exercising to lower your body fat.
To be completely honest I wasn’t expecting much when I bought the Truth About Six Pack Abs guide. I thought it would all be rehashed useless information but I was wrong. The guide is easy to read and is full of useful information and easy to follow steps that will lead to great abs and an overall better body.
The last 7 pages are an FAQ and are full of extra bits of information that should answer any questions that you might have. And then of course there’s the support and you can contact Mike at any time if you get stuck with anything.
So to finish off this review I will say that yes I whole heartedly recommend the Truth About Six Pack Abs but just remember that you wont get results just by reading it you actually have to take action on what you learn. Just follow the meal plans and workout routines that Mike gives you and you can’t go wrong!
