Hi there and welcome to my Fat Loss 4 Idiots Review. My name’s Maria and I purchased Fat Loss 4 Idiots 2 months ago now. I’ve been following the program pretty much religiously and in this review I’m going to talk about my results and what I think of this product. So lets get started!
The first thing I’m going to do before I get on with my review is just prove to you that I bought Fat Loss 4 Idiots by taking a screen shot of the members area which you can see below.

Why Did I Buy Fat Loss 4 Idiots?
To lose a bit of weight. I’m 38 years old now and over past couple of years I’ve put on a few pounds. I would exercise if I had the time but when I get home from work I just don’t have the energy. I joined a gym earlier this year but cancelled after a couple of weeks because I just didn’t have the time or energy to go, plus I feel self conscious exercising in front of people.
So I was looking for a good diet system that could help me lose weight without having to exercise etc. Just something simple to help me lose weight. A friend of mine recommended the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program to me as she’d lost weight using it so I decided to give it a go.
What Do You Get With Fat Loss 4 Idiots?
Well with the basic program which is the one I went for you get the “Diet Handbook” and the “Diet Generator”. The diet handbook pretty much goes over what foods are good to eat and some rules to follow etc. Just a guide to help you along. Some of it’s basic but there’s some good info in there that I found helpful.
The main aspect to the Fat Loss For Idiots program and the thing I really like is the Diet Generator. I’ve included a quick screen shot of it below.

Basically with the Diet Generator all you need to do is tick the foods that you like and then click submit and the generator will give you an 11 day meal plan of 4 meals per day.
And don’t think that it’s all rabbit food on there either. The generator will give you a meal plan of food that you’ll actually like.
Each menu plan lasts for 11 days because with the Fat Loss 4 Idiots program you do things in sets of 11 days then have a break and so on. All you then need to do is follow the meal plan which is pretty easy to do.
My Results From Using Fat Loss 4 Idiots
So I’m now about 2 months in to the program now and have done about 5 sets of 11 day menus and in these 2 months I’ve lost about 22 pounds. However I have made a small effort to exercise too because on a Sunday I’ll go swimming.
Fat Loss 4 Idiots could definitely be used as a long term diet program as it’s easy to follow and the food is nice, not like some programs that only have you eating lettuce like a rabbit.
So I definitely recommend Fat Loss 4 Idiots. If you have time to do exercise as well as follow the Fat Loss For Idiots program then you’ll probably get even better results than me. But even if you use the program on it’s own it should help you to lose weight.
